Raleigh Technium single speed/fixed, 63cm
This is a Raleigh Technium road frame converted to a single speed or fixed gear. This early 90’s frame has an oversized aluminum main triangle. It has some scratches in the paint, but no dings or dents. The bike was completely rebuilt with freshly packed and greased bearings in the headset and bottom bracket. The bike features a brand new flip flop wheelset. It is comprised of 32 hole machined, matte silver, deep v profile rims laced to formula hubs, with all white 700c x 23 CST tires. The crank is 170mm, with a 52t aluminum chainring, currently geared to a new 18t Dicta freewheel by a new white KMC chain. This is a middle of the road gear inch ratio allowing you to accelerate without too strenuous an effort, while strong enough to keep you from spinning once you are up to speed. The seatpost is a brushed and fluted SR with a Viscount Dominator saddle to match the frame color. Up front are flopped and chopped aluminum bullhorn bars wrapped with new Bontrager bar tape. The brake levers are Dia-Compe, as well as both the front and rear calipers. New cables and white housing are routed internally through the top tube. At 63 cm, you should be at least 6 feet tall to fit this bike comfortably. This bike is very light, clean, and is a solid, strong ride.
